Creativity is heavily influenced by what is going on in the life of the creator. For me it is that I am getting married in just about six months, and so I thought it would be a wonderful time to share with you some of the self portraits I have done with my wonderful fiance in celebration of February the fourteenth. She is an amazing and supportive partner and helps me to do all that I do.

This year I am going to be working a lot more on my personal work. With all the money jobs coming in, I have lost sight of the more creative and personal work I used to do. This year I want to find a balance between the two.I want to get back to more galleries and books and work I do for myself instead of paying the bills. I am by no means complaining about the work I have been getting, quite the opposite. I am thankful to be able to provide for my family. I am thankful that I have so much work coming in that it fills my days. But at the end of the day, I still have so many visions stuck in my head that I need to let out- and I intend to do more of that in 2012.
